Do not fret; this season of Shark Tank India is not over yet. However, it has completed a whopping 51 pitches. Out of these 51 pitches, 20 entrepreneurs had to return empty-handed as their products could not impress the sharks. However, the rest of them have managed to crack a deal in a total of 17 episodes that have been aired so far.

To date, 11 Sharks have appeared on the show and have taken a keen interest in young entrepreneurs presenting their products. Out of the 51 pitches, some of the pitchers have managed to bag deals worth crores.

Aman Gupta has managed to seal the maximum number of deals, and interestingly, to date, he is running at number 1 when it comes to grabbing the spot for the biggest investor in this season of Shark Tank India.

Total Investment – 29.81 crore

To date, in 51 pitches made and 20 pitches lost, the Sharks have made an investment of a total of 29.81 crore in these 17 episodes and 31 deals. 7 sharks have managed to lock the deals, and 31 pitchers have grabbed investors on the show to date.

The Biggest Deal

The biggest deal on the show has been cracked by a Travel Bag company, Nasher Miles, who asked for 3 crore for 0.75% equity. 5 Sharks agreed to lock the deal at 3 crore for 1.5% Equity & 1% Royalty until 3 crore is Recouped. Namita Thapar, Aman Gupta, Vineeta Singh, Anupam Mittal & Ritesh Agarwal came together for this deal.

Most Controversial Deal

The most controversial pitch of the show came in episode 7. The pitch was made for a company, Tramboo Sports, by pitchers Hamad Tramboo and Saad Tramboo. The pitch impressed sharks, Peyush Bansal and Aman Gupta. They invested 30 lakh for 4% equity in this company, which is valued at 7.5 crore. But the pitch has made its way to controversies as it was accused of spreading misinformation by the Cricket Bat Manufacturers Association of Kashmir (CBMAK). For details, read here.

The Biggest Solo Deal

Deepinder Goyal might be crowned as the king of this season as well. The Zomato CEO has invested a whopping 2 crore, single-handedly, on an alcohol brand called Goenchi Feni. Deepinder invested 2 crore for 15% equity in the company. Interestingly, this is the only deal he has cracked on the show!
