Shark Tank India: After Jeevika Tyagi, Another Pitcher With 1.5 Crore Ask Slams Namita Thapar & Vineeta Singh, “Didn’t Want To Cry On National TV”
Shark Tank India Season 3 continues to make noise, and the reasons aren’t very favorable. This season, a lot of pitchers seem to be disappointed with the panelists and have called them out for being allegedly rude and disrespectful. Recently, it was Aastey founder Jeevika Tyagi who slammed Vineeta Singh on Instagram. And now, House Of Beauty owner Vibhuti Arora has claimed she had a blackout after the grilling session on National Television. Scroll below for all the details!
Needless to say, the most honest yet brutal panelist was Ashneer Grover. He would unabashedly use words like “doglapan” to give a reality check to the budding entrepreneurs. He marked his exit after the show’s first season after his controversial exit from his company BharatPe. The ongoing season features Anupam Mittal, Aman Gupta, Vineeta Singh, Ritesh Agarwal, Peyush Bansal, Namita Thapar, and Amit Jain as sharks.
Vibhuti Arora on Shark Tank India Season 3
In a recent episode of Shark Tank Season 3, Vibhuti Arora was seen pitching her brand, House Of Beauty, as an alternative to plastic surgery. She valued her company at 30 crores, demanding a whopping 1.5 crore in exchange for a 5% equity. However, things turned upside down as the sharks began their questions and gave their honest opinion on her brand. Vineeta Singh was unhappy with the packaging as she said, “My feedback is your skincare products’ packaging is very disappointing compared to everything else around the brand.”

Aman Gupta wasn’t convinced with her vision and politely refused to invest in the brand. He said, “You’re taking the business in two directions. You can come back in season four but now, unfortunately, I’m out.” On the other hand, Namita Thapar told Vibhuti Arora that she would not be able to survive in the market given the tough competition in the skincare and face yoga market. This clearly didn’t go well with the House Of Beauty founder.
Vibhuti Arora calls out Vineeta Singh
While gracing Ayushmann Pandita’s podcast, Vibhuti Arora said, “It was very difficult for me to control myself from crying after one point. I just wanted to run away from Shark Tank. I didn’t want to cry on national television. Vineeta kept asking me what the differentiator in my product is. After the pitch, I had a blackout. I got anxious that time.”
She also called out Vineeta Singh for continuously criticizing the packaging of her brand and repeating her feedback at least 10 times.
Not just that, Vibhuti also wrote a lengthy note on her Instagram. She seemingly was offended by Namita Thapar telling her she created her own competition. She wrote, “I developed 80+ yoga exercises that help women in their skin issues naturally with an aim to change the way we look at beauty! Wrote a book, launched @faceyogaschool_ to train teachers all over the world to take my vision ahead! And all I got in return was Namita Thapar saying, ‘I created my own competition’ – like really?????? Vineeta telling me that I should change my brand name @houseofbeautyindia to @vibhutiarora_ hmmmmm. It’s high time women empower women and not see each other like a threat.”
